Bev center as expected.Missing handle and toe kick

Bev center itself is as expected so far. Unfortunately the delivery agents took the handle and toe kick with them. Toe kick replacement was sent to me immediately but the handle is ™€œsold out™€ so I have had no handle for weeks now. I requested a handle of another color until the correct handle was back in stock and GE refused. Seemed like a reasonable compromise after spending 15k on cafe appliances. Customer service failed to do the right thing in my opinion.

I love that this beverage fridge frees up my main fridge so that food has plenty of room and we aren't playing tetris to get all the groceries in! I like that there are adjustable shelves, however, it is limited when you have a variety of sizes, like bottles and cans. Putting wine in it is pretty impossible because the wine rack shelves aren't deep enough for many wine bottle shapes. Also, if you have an open bottle of wine you can't store it upright because it isn't tall enough and it doesn't have any door shelves. But it is great for our cans and bottles of water and anything that has a screw cap as that can be stored on it's side. I may have to play with the shelving configurations more to see if I can make it work better for us. Overall, it is incredibly handy and I love that it connects to my phone so I can monitor if it was left open accidentally etc. Also, it is BEAUTIFUL! We have the matching dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge, and drawer microwave and the look totally makes our kitchen in our new home!

Great looks, poor flexibility and tight fits

This refrigerator looks great and ties in beautifully with the other cafà products. However, there are major drawbacks to the space available for wine bottles, and taller cans. The pull out wine rack is so tight to the shelf above that it will only accept the narrowest of wine bottles, there are many many different sized wine bottles out there, and very few of them actually fit nicely as designed, don™€™t even think about storing a champagne bottle on the rack! Adjusting any of the shelves, unfortunately completely renders the adjacent shelves useless by making them too short, or simply not having enough adjustment to go around. This fridge unfortunately was the only option available so we were stuck making it work rather than fully enjoying it as it should be.

Yes, this beverage center is not on the cheaper end of luxury home appliances, but it is incredibly intuitive, the app integration is very nice, and the usability and quality of the product is outstanding. Icing on the cake is that the beverage center is beautiful, the proximity lighting works very well (and entices me to grab something when walking by), and has become (along with the matching wall oven we also purchased) the focal point of our kitchen. Out of box failure - handle does not fit

Poor quality

Beverage fridge was nearly a year back ordered. I™€™ve had numerous technicians come in to try to fix and level the door as well as install so that it does not shake or move. The refrigerator is not level at the top and continues to hit the side panels of our custom cabinets.

Uneven top

The refrigerator keeps hitting the side of our cabinet and it is not screwed in properly there™€™s a big gap at the top and no one has been able to fix it. The last someone came to fix it they said they were calling LG for more information and what to do next and that they would call me within 24 hours of the report but I have still not heard from them it™€™s been over two weeks
